What We Do

This is a start-up for the William Richardson Cancer Foundation. Funds are needed to create a cancer awareness and family help center. Hundreds of families are stranded in the Houston Medical Centers without any resources or help. The William Richardson Cancer Foundation will offer visa cash cards to help pay for parking,food and daily supplies that come from practically living in these hospitals. I myself lived this hell for 23 months along with William's mother Joyce Bicki. We had no insurance as I was self employed and the premiums were too expensive. Texas Childrens Hospital helped with medical treatments but not with living expenses. The stress alone is a burden that no parent should have to endure, but with the added expenses for living can be too much. Please help to start a resource for the families of cancer children.

My Name is Robert Richardson and my family's life has been completely changed by cancer. William had a form of Cancer called Neuroblastoma http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroblastoma

It is a deadly form of Cancer and we found it in it's fourth and final stage. The doctors and staff did everything possible for William but it wasn't enough. I wish that no father or mother should feel this helpless, but a financial boost could ease a little stress.
